I started pet sitting in December 2024, initially working through pet sitting apps and agencies. What began as a new venture quickly became something I truly love doing. Spending time with animals, getting to know their personalities, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away is incredibly rewarding.
Before becoming a pet sitter, I worked as a medical secretary and a medicine dispenser. These roles required a high level of responsibility, organisation, and attention to detail skills that are just as important when caring for people’s beloved pets. Being trusted with something so important is something I take very seriously.
I’ve grown up around cats all my life and can’t imagine a home without them. I currently have two of my own, Mika and Coco, who keep life entertaining and remind me every day just how unique and special cats can be. Living with them has given me a deep understanding of feline behaviour, from playful zoomies to those quiet moments when they just want a cosy place to nap. To make sure I provide the very best care, I’ve completed a Diploma in Feline Anatomy and Physiology as well as Feline First Aid training. I’m passionate about continuing to learn more about cats and how to keep them healthy, happy, and stress-free in their own homes.
